Lorraine Carroll is a highly skilled physiotherapist with over 25 years of clinical experience. She takes an integrated approach to care, combining hands-on treatment, targeted exercise programmes, medical acupuncture, dry needling, and education to support long-term recovery and pain management.

Her key areas of interest include temporomandibular disorders (TMD), neck pain, and headaches—particularly tension-type headaches and migraines.
Lorraine graduated with a Physiotherapy degree from University College Dublin in 1999, followed by a Master’s in Manipulative Physiotherapy from the University of Queensland in 2001. She is also trained in Medical Acupuncture and is a Certified Stott Pilates Instructor.

Lorraine has been actively involved in physiotherapy education, including developing and teaching postgraduate programmes in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and acupuncture. She helped establish the UCD Master’s programme in Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy.

Her clinical background includes work with elite performers and athletes. She has served as lead physiotherapist for the Riverdance troupe in the USA, the Irish national swimming team, and the Leinster rugby medical team.
​
Before relocating to the Sunshine Coast in 2022, Lorraine built a strong reputation in private practice in Dublin, known for her results-focused care and professionalism. She now brings her expertise to the Sunshine Coast community.

Outside of work, Lorraine enjoys running, swimming, Pilates, yoga, cooking healthy meals, and spending time with her family.

Simon Coghlan is an experienced physiotherapist, educator, and clinic owner with over 25 years in the profession. His clinical background spans private sports physiotherapy clinics, elite rugby and cricket teams, hospitals, and university teaching roles.

He has a particular interest in treating temporomandibular disorders (TMD), orofacial pain, and other dental-related pain conditions. Simon completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa, in 2000, followed by a Master of Science in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at University College Dublin in 2008.

He holds a Diploma in Medical Acupuncture and Dry Needling from the British Medical Acupuncture Society and currently serves as Chair of its Competence, Accreditation, and Examining Board.

Simon is also a Certified Health Coach, with training in lifestyle-based care to support long-term recovery through improvements in diet, exercise, sleep, and stress management.

In 2021, he completed a Certificate in Healthcare Management at the Yale School of Management, further developing his leadership and business skills in the private healthcare sector.
